Policies

Booking Policy

• Available appointments open automatically on the website 30 days before desired appointment date for all services.

• Earlier bookings require inquiry, security deposit, & signed agreement.

​

• A non-refundable and non-transferable security deposit is required to book & will be applied towards the service fee.

​

• Travel fee ($1.00 per mile) for locations outside San Antonio city limits.

​

Early/After Business Hours Accommodations

• Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) are subject to an additional fee ($15/hour outside of timeframe).

Payment

• Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

​

• Payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Cash App, & Apple Pay.​​

​

• Late payment fee (20% of the service price) if payment is delayed.

Late Policy

• Late fee of $25 will be charged for every 20 minutes of delay.

​

• Appointments will be canceled if a scheduling conflict arises due to tardiness.

​
Cancellations

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee (30% of the service price).

Wedding cancellations

• To ensure fair availability for all brides:

​

• Weddings booked over 1 month in advance: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date will incur a late cancellation fee (30% of the service price).

​​

• Weddings booked within 1 month: Cancellations made less than 1 week before the wedding date will incur a late cancellation fee (30% of the service price).

​

• Failure to pay cancellation fee & no-call, no-shows will result in the inability to rebook.

​

Media Consent

• Clients may choose to opt in or out of having photos/videos taken for promotional purposes.

​

• No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or videos.

​​Health & Safety Policy​

• Services will not be provided to clients with flu-like symptoms, visible lesions, open sores, or other contagious skin conditions (e.g., cold sores caused by the herpes simplex virus).

​

• Notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule.

​

• Failure to disclose illness or contagious skin conditions prior to the appointment may result in the cancellation of services upon arrival.

​

Allergy Awareness​

• Please report any skin conditions or allergies.

​

• Patch test may be performed to check for adverse reactions.

 

Latex Allergy

• Latex is commonly found in false eyelash glue and eyelash bands.

​

• Report known latex allergy prior to the appointment, so that latex-free products may be provided.
