Policies

Late Policy

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your designated appointment time and location, Rachel Mapa has the right to refuse service. If you've no-called, no-showed to your designated appointment time and location, you will not be allowed to rebook.

Sick Policy

Before or on your appointment date, if you are displaying any flu-like symptoms:

  • Fever

  • Chills and night sweats

  • Muscle aches

  • Sore throat, runny nose, or cough

  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

Your appointment will be canceled to help stop the spread of COVID-19 or any illnesses.

Cancelations

You must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date to avoid the late cancellation fee (20% of the service price). If the late cancellation fee is not paid, you will not be allowed to rebook. 

Payment

A non-refundable and non-transferable security deposit is required to book and will be applied towards your service. The remaining balance will be due immediately after completion of the service. You must pay the remaining balance in person with cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

*Credit card payments in person are not accepted at this time.
